Monday to Friday 8:30 AM-6:30 PM and every other Saturday 9 AM-4 PM
Salary 18K – 20K basic DOE (5% Commission uncapped) OTE £40k +
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join an award winning, energetic and experienced Estate Agents in Poole, Sandbanks, Canford Cliffs. The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience, this is a great opportunity to work in a very affluent area earning substantial commissions.
Must have Sales experience and be familiar with the area.

Job Role will include
Meeting with clientsAssessing their particular needsShowing the clients around show homesExplaining building issues and regulations to the clientsResponding to queries via e-mail and telephoneAttending meetings with other individuals involved in the sales and building processLiaising with solicitorsArranging for the clients to sign a contractHelping clients deal with the intricacies of the contractsDealing with issues which have arisen in the new homes of clientsMaking regular contact with clients to make sure that everything is going smoothly in their new homesMaintaining good relationships with clients following salesPromoting properties via different mediums
