We are one of the most exciting and fastest growing businesses in Dorset with a dynamic sales environment that has a constantly varied selection of products to sell to existing customers, with so many unique selling points, the product practically sells itself.

We are based in Bournemouth town centre and have recently moved into our new state of the art offices in an iconic building in Bournemouth town centre. It is close to the train and bus station. 

The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, so you can relax or socialise with family or friends every evening.  You are not required to work any weekends or bank holidays, allowing you plenty of time to unwind and recharge your batteries.  

Previous sales experience is preferred, we offer continuous sales training, helping you to develop your career. 

Our sales team is split into different levels, therefore when you improve and generate more sales, you will be promoted, receive a pay rise and a better commission structure. 

We offer a very competitive basic salary and an uncapped commission structure.Basic salary £15k raising to £17k after a proving period. Commissions start at 2% overall sales raising to 4% on performance. Last month our top performer earned £5,500 in commission alone. When you join our team, you are in complete control of your earning potential, the more sales you make, the more money you will earn. OTE averaging £32k per year.

NO cold calling is involved, every person you speak to will have previously purchased from us.
