Experienced Sales Executive’s Wanted - £21,000 basic + commission*

Currently recruiting for experienced Sales Executive to join our very successful telesales team who call existing customers only - No cold calling involved - offering our customers new and exclusive gold and silver coins commemorating key anniversaries.
This is a very exciting and varied role, very different from most sales jobs within the Bournemouth area. Every week, month and year we introduce new and exciting coins, providing you with a fresh reason to speak to our customers on a regular basis.
We offer a competitive basic salary plus £500 guaranteed bonus for the first three months in addition to any commission you earn, which means your starting salary for the first three months is the equivalent of £21,000 plus commission. If you want a genuine opportunity to earn a significant amount of money, this is the right sales role for you - our top performing consultant has earned £38,000 over a six month period!
We are seeking candidates with a proven, successful track record in sales who we can fast track into our senior sales team who speak to our very best customers. It is essential you are reliable, a very good rapport builder and a great closer!

Remuneration:
We offer a competitive basic salary which will rise based on performance. We offer a sliding scale commission structure starting at 2% and rising to 5% on every sale you make. Commission is uncapped and order values range from £50 to £10,000. We also offer a sales bonus based on cumulative sales and weekly monetary incentives. Our top performing consultant earned £5,200 in commission alone last month! If you are hungry to earn lots of money, this is the right sales job for you!
Further Details:
No previous experience selling coins is required. We provide a full sales training programme.
We are located in an iconic, modern office in Bournemouth town centre, close to the train and bus station, which is cheap and easy for you to get to.
The current working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. You are not required to work on weekends nor bank holidays, allowing you plenty of time to unwind and recharge your batteries!
